REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 15+ years of experience in a military or professional environment
- Experience performing engineering or technical analysis of intelligence or defense systems
- Knowledge of ISR Analysis of Alternatives (AoA), modeling and simulation, performance analysis, or mission utility analysis
- Ability to proactively communicate, in writing and through briefings, and engage senior client leaders in offering innovative approaches
- Bachelor's degree
- Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience with the development of modeling and simulation techniques for making tradeoffs among constellation size, performance, reliability constraints, replenishment rates, and resiliency factors
- Experience with the design, development, and operations of space systems, missile technical collection, and intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) systems
- Knowledge of the overall national ISR architecture and opportunities to improve effectiveness of various systems with the architecture
CLEARANCE:
- TS/SCI with CI polygraph minimum
