LaSalle Network has partnered with a company that encompasses a range of services related to residential architecture, interior design, construction and renovation, all within the context of contemporary design principles. They are hiring a Bilingual Sales Assistant to join their team in Carrollton, TX.
As a Bilingual Sales Assistant, you will be supporting the sales team and ensuring smooth operations within the sales department. This position involves providing excellent customer service, assisting with sales transactions and maintaining a clean and organized sales environment. The Sales Assistant helps customers with inquiries, product selection and purchases while contributing to the achievement of sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
Bilingual Sales Assistant Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Provide product information, recommendations and assistance with product selection.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS (Point of Sale) systems.
Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints and address any issues promptly and courteously.
Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves, arranging displays and ensuring merchandise presentation.
Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels, conducting stock checks and replenishing inventory as needed.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and meet performance goals.
Bilingual Sales Assistant Requirements:
able to lift 75+ pounds
1 year of experience in a relatable field
Bilingual in Spanish and English
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
