Job description
Claims Analyst
Adecco is looking for candidates who thrive in a fast-moving environment for this Claims Analyst I at a local client, in Phoenix, AZ, and we are hiring immediately!
The Claims Analyst works on the full range of claims and correspondence to ensure the satisfaction of the goals and priorities of the team. The Claims Analyst also does their part to meet expectations of internal and external clients with respect to claim handling and Service Level Agreements.
Position Duties:
· Follows written procedures and scripts
· Uses proprietary software tools to access and review claim documents, enter claim decisions, and create escalations when needed
· Communicates immediately to leadership all obstacles to completing work
· Meets and exceeds departmental expectations for accuracy and productivity
· Utilizes documented team processes to ensure compliance with departmental standards
· Data entry and verification
Shift Details:
· Pay: $19/hr + a one-time $500 Bonus
· Shift: Monday – Friday (Office hours are 6am – 7pm) Shift Times are selected once onboarding is completed.
· Hybrid position, candidate must be flexible and be onsite when needed.
Requirements:
· GED or High School Diploma
· Prior 1-2 years claim experience
· Excellent attention to detail
· Strong written English language skills
· Ability to sit at a computer workstation for long periods of time
· Demonstrated skill in analyzing data

Pay Details: $19.00 per hour
