We are currently seeking a Business Analyst - Wealth Management - Remote to join our team Remotely in the US.
Job Duties:
- Participating in daily scrum stand ups, backlog grooming and refinement sessions, sprint planning meetings and sprint review and retrospective meetings
- Supporting the product owners in maintaining the product backlog and scheduling next release
- Understanding the requirements and writing user stories, use cases
- Interact with Dev team, QA team, Data Analyst, and Data architects.
- Participates in requirement and design review meetings to stay informed of potential impact to change in requirements.
- Participates in project meetings, requirements reviews & walkthroughs as needed.
- Support UAT, production incident resolution
Required Experience:
- 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst/SME with at least 5 years in portfolio performance management experience ( Wealth Management)
- Experience of working in an Agile environment, well versed in writing user stories.
- Experience with Agile fast paced weekly/ bi-weekly iterations projects
- Highly proficient in the areas of requirement gathering and creating Use Cases, Use case diagrams, Workflow Diagrams.
- Review and translate business requirements / user stories into report requirements.
- Experience with SQL, PL/SQL, data mapping is an added advantage
- Experience in Supporting User Acceptance Testing, creating User Manual and User Training.
- Well acquainted with Software Development Life Cycle, Testing Life Cycle, and Business Process Management.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving, communication and presentation skills with a strong desire to achieve specified goals
- Bachelor’s Degree
Good to have Skills:
- Experience with JIRA
- Experience of working with development teams
- Certified in Agile (Scrum/ Kanban)
