JOB SUMMARY

As we continue to expand, we are seeking a motivated individual to join our dynamic team as an IT Help Desk Technician.

As an IT Help Desk Technician, you will play a critical role in providing technical support and assistance to our internal staff and external clients. You will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues, troubleshooting hardware and software problems, and maintaining IT systems and infrastructure.
