Job Title: National Director of Strategic Partnerships

Job Summary: The National Director of Strategic Partnerships will be a hands-on position responsible for the management and expansion of our current partner eco-system. This individual will work collaboratively with our established partners to develop lead referral marketing and sales plans to support revenue growth and assist with new partnership opportunities to further our current and emerging background screening solutions. Knowledge of relevant industry verticals, channels, relationships with key industry players, and experience with fostering OEM/Reseller relationships will be vital for success.
Essential Functions - Expand and optimize our channel partner network, driving sales and revenue growth.
- On-board, manage, and grow existing partnerships.
- Strategize and implement programs/events/campaigns to create interest and awareness among Partners’ customers.
- Design and promote effective SPIFs and other incentive programs to generate interest and revenue growth.
- Proactively maintain ongoing knowledge of industry, global markets, existing and target channel partner accounts, and competitive landscape
- Establish strong relationships with key channel partners, ensuring mutual success and commitment.
- Regularly analyze channel and sales performance KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
- Provide strategic guidance and support to channel partners to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Oversee partner agreements, contracts, and negotiations, ensuring compliance and alignment with company objectives.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote our brand and solutions to potential partners.
- Monitor and report on partner performance, providing strategic recommendations for growth.
- Manage, grow, and nurture the client relationship with Alliance Partner(s) in order to build engagement strategies to increase revenues.
- Manage and expand key stakeholder contact network with assigned Alliance Partner(s) and work closely with internal teams to identify and expand networks.
- Responsible for developing a revenue growth plan for assigned partner relationship(s) including strategies and quantified objectives.
- Work collaboratively to support Sales Enablement plans, strategic growth initiatives and communication materials associated with launching Alliance Partnership(s).
Required Knowledge Skills And Abilities - Excellent communication, collaboration, networking, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently and take initiative
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in Salesforce.com CRM software
Education: BA/BS degree or related field
- Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office Suite
