Job description
Your Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end RFP/RFI proposal development cycle as the primary contact point.
- Oversee proposal preparation from request to final response.
- Ensure overall contract execution and compliance for assigned tasks, proactively managing risks and resolving escalations.
- Mentor team members, facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions, and manage resources for efficient task completion.
- Review proposal drafts for quality and layout, monitor progress, and maintain a proposal database.
Requirements
- 5+ years of business development/capture management experience in SLED contracting.
- U.S. citizenship required.
- 5+ years of team management experience.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Successful track record in winning federal and/or SLED contracts.
- Strong organizational, communication, and MS Office skills.
- Knowledge of FAR and DFARS requirements.
- Results-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple engagements simultaneously.
