Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the stayAPT Suites Pensacola location
- Oversee and lead a team of staff members to ensure excellent guest service
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the property
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Implement strategies to maximize occupancy rates and revenue for the location
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in property management or hospitality industry
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in budget management and financial reporting
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings
