The Social Media Manager will work within a team to develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversion for clients or companies.

Job Responsibilities:
Plan, develop and execute comprehensive social media campaigns tailored to each client's objectives, target audience and industry.
Craft compelling content across various social media platforms, ensuring consistency in brand messaging and voice. Lead content writing across platforms.
Assist with social media photo and video shoots in partnership with art directors, designers, etc.
Schedule and post content across various social media platforms.
Help manage feedback from client and internal stakeholders.
Analyze social media performance metrics and KPIs to track campaign effectiveness, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide actionable insights to clients.
Collaborate closely with internal teams including art directors, editors and copywriters to ensure cohesive integration of social media with broader marketing initiatives.
Stay informed about industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to continually enhance social media strategies and tactics.
Stay abreast of relevant industry regulations and guidelines to ensure compliance with advertising standards and data privacy laws.
Other tasks as needed and assigned.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related field.
Proven experience in social media management within a marketing agency or similar environment.
Deep understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, etc.), analytics tools, and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for crafting engaging content and storytelling.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Ecommerce experience is a plus.
