Job Responsibilities:

• Develop nutritionally balanced and cost-efficient food service programs in compliance with local regulations.
• Plan menus according to organizational guidelines, considering dietary requirements and preferences.
• Conduct regular visits to school cafes to monitor operations and ensure adherence to standards.
• Support recipe development, menu production, and foodservice management activities.
• Perform nutrient analysis for all food items served, ensuring compliance with nutritional standards.
• Educate clients and consumers on healthy food choices through school training and community outreach initiatives.
• Assist in training new employees and fostering a positive work environment.
• Collaborate with management and supervisors to maintain high standards of food service quality.

Qualifications:

• Previous relevant working experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution with coursework approved by relevant nutrition and dietetics agencies.
• RDN or RDN Eligible designation.
• Formal eligibility to practice dietetics in applicable geographic locations.
• Strong customer service orientation and positive work ethic.
