THOR Solutions is actively seeking a mid-level Project Analyst to support Landing Craft Air Cushion (LCAC) Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Navigation & Electrical (C4N&E) activities at Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD) in Panama City, FL . The Analyst will provide various program/project tasking, financial support, and administrative functions in support of the RDT&E Lab, Program, Software Integration Lab.



Typical Responsibilities : The candidate’s responsibilities may include (but are not limited to) performing or supporting the following actions:

• Provide program/project support to government customers, including program/project, financial, and administrative functions.
• Provide financial support in the areas of project budgeting/planning, projections, and reporting.
• Coordinate team tasking priorities and timelines. Develop and update schedules and POA&Ms.
• Coordinate team security and badging paperwork and appointments.
• Provide meeting support, including scheduling, preparing & distributing briefing materials, and tracking action items.
• Collect and coordinate inputs for regular reports.

Location : Onsite at the Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Panama City Division.



Typical Physical Activity : Primarily desk/computer work in an office environment. May involve repetitive motion.



Existing Secret Security Clearance Required : This position requires a DoD Secret security clearance. A qualified candidate will already possess an Active or Interim Secret clearance.



Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities : qualified candidates must meet or exceed these requirements.

• Possess one of the following:
  • Bachelor’s degree plus at least one (1) year of relevant professional experience (preferred).
  • Associate degree plus at least three (3) years of relevant professional experience.
  • High school diploma/GED equivalent plus at least five (5) years of relevant professional experience.
• Relevant professional experience obtained in a U.S. Navy/DoD environment is highly preferred.
• An ideal candidate will have experience with Atlassian Jira, Spork + and/or Microsoft SharePoint.
• Strong proficiency with common productivity software including Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
• Familiarity with Navy supply asset and material tracking database and procurement processes preferred.
• Familiarity with basic Project Management principles
• Excellent communication skills.
