YOUR DAY AS A GUEST SERVICES LIAISON
Your day as a Guest Services Liaison begins with a warm smile as you register arriving guests and assign rooms. Efficiency is paramount as you check out departing guests, ensuring a hassle-free departure. Throughout the day, you assist in pre-registration and block reservations when needed, making sure that all procedures align with unit cash handling, credit, and check cashing policies. You diligently complete your daily checklist tasks, maintaining an eye for detail. Each day you also play a crucial role in auditing group guest accounts, ensuring that all charges align with the terms of sales contracts. Occasionally, you may step in to assist with laundry or even operate the hotel shuttle van during your shift, showcasing your versatility. You commit to maintaining a clean and inviting front desk area to make guests feel welcome. Upholding the Western States Lodging & Management hospitality and service standards is paramount, and you stay up-to-date with brand-specific front desk requirements and promotions.
