Compensation Manager (39240) Our client is in the Beloit area looking for a

The
Compensation Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
RESPONSIBILITIES - Manage all employees of the compensation departments.
- Responsible for the performance management and hiring of employees within the department.
- Manages development, implementation, and administration of compensation programs.
- Monitors existing compensations practices and recommends changes.
- Provide advice to leadership members on pay, policy, and job evaluations.
- Develop creative solutions to compensation-related programs and incentives plans.
- Oversees participation in salary surveys and monitor data.
- Ensures compliance with federal, state and local compensation laws.
- Influence evaluation of processes to meet stakeholders needs.
- Refine current performance review processes to align with companies' values.
- Ad hoc projects as needed.
The
Compensation Manager will possess the following:
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED - Bachelor's degree in Human resources, business or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in employee compensation with a high transaction environment.
- SHRM or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
