This is an exempt level position.
Position Summary:
The Corporate FP&A Manager, plays a critical role in ADM’s Corporate function reporting, consolidation, and planning and forecasting process. This role supports corporate functions by providing leadership in executing function consolidated annual planning, forecasting and analysis activities, while helping the function leadership team identify opportunities and corrective actions to meet financial and non-financial targets. This role provides insightful analysis and decision support by delivering timely, accurate and relevant data and information to a variety of executive leadership stakeholders to help drive performance. This role partners with various stakeholders such as Corporate Finance, Corporate function leadership and teams, Business Unit Finance, GBS Finance and the Strategic Transformation Office. This position reports to the Director, Corporate Finance
Job Responsibilities:
Responsibilities span but are not limited to the following:
Supports and partners with Corporate leadership team
Drive process Improvement
Support the annual Corporate Service Fee process
Develop and present annual financial planning & analysis processes
Participate and demonstrate leadership in cross-functional efforts within Finance to continually improve reporting, forecasting, planning, and analysis processes.
Develop and present financial plans, projections, and ad hoc analysis requests to senior management.
Ability to influence others within a matrix environment including senior management.
Participate in special projects as needed
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance, MBA recommended
7+ years of accounting or finance experience
Experience managing multiple priorities at one time and under strict deadlines
Proven track record of process improvement
Familiarity with reporting, visualization, and communication skills such as Microsoft Office, PowerBI, etc.
Experience with Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), ESSBASE, and large ERP systems
Functional Experience:
Prior experience within ADM or in the industry is highly desired, as understanding ADM’s complex business model will be an accelerator in the learning process.
Advanced Financial Analysis skills
Knowledge of Management Reporting
Accounting knowledge and external reporting acumen
Prior supervisory experience
Designing Queries and Reports using Financial Systems (Oracle/HFM) and MS Office Suite
Knowledge of budgeting, long range planning and forecasting a plus
Core Competencies:
