Solution Architect -Public Trust-Remote
BAH/Veterans Affairs
Full time W2 permanent role
As a
Solution Architect , you will work with the team and clients to understand their business needs, pain points, constraints, and develop solutions to fit their needs. You will provide change management support and governance to support enterprise level deployment of software. You will be joining a collaborative team made up of innovators and problem-solvers who collectively work to identify solutions to complex problems that bring value to our client. This position is open to remote delivery anywhere within the U.S., to include the District of Columbia.
Must Have: 5+ years of experience working within the IT and business realm working with stakeholders at a user and executive-level
5+ years business analysis experience on large complex systems
5+ years’ experience working with Application Control tools, Linux, macOS, and Windows servers
Experience with deploying software across a complex environment
Experience in creating and maintain architecture, infrastructure and configuration diagrams, process maps, etc.
Experience in generating professional client-facing reports, presentations and whitepapers.
Ability to provide excellent verbal/written communication skills
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or technical equivalent with 10 years of professional experience or a total of 18 years in lieu of education
Nice to haves: Experience with the Department of Veterans Affairs or as a government contractor
Experience with change management activities
Excellent communication skills in a client-facing environment
Experience with process reengineering and generation of associated artifacts
