We are a new fab located in California that is working with laser diodes and photonic integrated circuits. We have a focus on making photonics cleaner with our proprietary low temperature, low hydrogen, remote plasma chemical vapour deposition (RPCVD) manufacturing technology. We provide and deliver cutting-edge, custom laser and LED development across the industrial, defense, display, and scientific markets.

What You Will Be Doing

You will be overseeing all aspects of the reliability data analysis, as well as the testing, modelling and reporting of next-gen GaN diode lasers. You will contribute reliability and FA concepts during new product development, qualifications, and ongoing production.

What You Need for this Position

MS Electrical Engineer, Physics or related field
Laser Burn-in
3+ years of experience working on Laser Diode development
Semiconductor experience is a plus
- Failure Analysis background is a must-have
- GAN experience is a big plus
