*Marco’s Pizza is opening a new location at Shoppes at Mission Trace on SR-16. Hiring and training Shift Managers in advance of opening date*
We’re looking for a positive and responsible person to join our team as a Shift Manager!
Primary responsibilities of the Shift Manager position include:
- Lead store crew and supervise all workstations in day-to-day operations.
- Excel in performing all crew member tasks including: makeline, cut table, monitoring the ovens, packaging of products, quality check and order accuracy, and guest relations.
- Maintain cleanliness of the store.
- Recognize and react to inferior products.
- Work with Drivers and Managers to ensure efficient routing of deliveries.
- Communicating shift reports with the General Manager.
- Ensuring safety regulations on shift.
Job Requirements include:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time (10 hours) on any given day
- Need to be able to lift minimum 50 lbs
Job Types: Part-time
Salary: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
Shift:
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Night shift
Weekly day range:
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
- Weekends as needed
