Responsibilities:

• Greeting guests as they arrive and providing a warm welcome
• Managing the seating chart and coordinating seating arrangements
• Effectively communicating wait times to guests
• Assisting in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the lobby area
• Collaborating with servers and bartenders to ensure a smooth dining experience
• Handling reservations and managing the flow of guests during peak hours
• Providing general assistance to guests and answering inquiries about the establishment

Requirements:

• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• A positive and outgoing attitude
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role is advantageous but not mandatory
