Job description

We provide a continuum of shelter and housing services for young people experiencing or at risk of homelessness and support youth in achieving housing stability, improving their physical and emotional well-being, pursuing education and employment goals, and building strong social networks. TGTHR is looking for a Director of People and Engagement to lead the department as the company scales into the next phase of operational growth. This is a unique opportunity to work hands-on and at a strategic level to operationalize best practices within the People and Engagement department to support company acceleration. Reporting directly to our COO, this person will be accountable for major functions of the human resources department including performance management, employee engagement and recognition, employee relations, compensation and total rewards, talent Development, JEDI initiatives, benefits administration, employee on-Boarding & off Boarding, HR Compliance/Audit, HRIS and other related activities. Best fit for this role is someone who is excited about scaling systems and processes, engaging daily with employees, and providing hands-on operational direction to a People and Engagement Generalist and the People and Engagement Department.

 

This position will sit in our Boulder, CO office and support three Boulder facilities and one Denver facility to open Spring of 2024.

COMPENSATION:

The annual salary range for this role as it is posted is $83,673 to $99,710/yr.

The final job level and annual salary will be determined based on the education, qualification, knowledge, skills, ability, and experience of the final candidate(s), specific office location and calibrated against relevant market data and internal team equity.
