WHAT IS THE ROLE? 

As a Content Developer for Channel Marketing, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing content that resonates with our channel partners and helps them effectively market our products and services. Your creative and strategic content contributions will enable our partners to achieve their sales and marketing goals while maintaining brand consistency.

WHAT WILL THE JOB LOOK LIKE? 

• Collaborate closely with the Channel Marketing team to understand partner needs, goals, and challenges.
• Create and curate a wide range of marketing collateral and content assets, including sales presentations, product guides, video content, webinars and more.
• Develop compelling and informative content that educates and empowers channel partners to effectively promote our products and services.
• Ensure all content is aligned with the company's branding guidelines and messaging.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product marketing, brand marketing, design, and sales, to gather information and insights for content creation.
• Manage content production timelines, ensuring on-time delivery to support partner activities and campaigns.
• Analyze content performance metrics and use data to refine and optimize content strategies.
• Maintain a content library and repository, making it easy for channel partners to access and utilize marketing materials.
• Provide training and support to channel partners on best practices for using marketing content effectively.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging content formats to continuously improve content strategies.
• Assist in developing marketing campaigns and initiatives that involve channel partners.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master's degree a plus).
• 5+ years of experience in content development, channel marketing, or a related role.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with a focus on clear, concise, and engaging content.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and the channel partner ecosystem.
• Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive content decisions.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

WHAT WILL GIVE YOU AN EDGE? 

• Knowledge of the HVAC industry and 2-step distribution is a plus.

The Compensation range for this position is approximately $71,000k - $93,450k and will be based on the candidate’s qualification, experience, and education.
