Job Title: Outsourced Non-Profit CFO
Location: 100% REMOTE, or if you are in the NYC area, going in to see clients every now and then when needed is a huge plus!
Salary: 200-300k a year depending on how many clients are taken on + Annual Bonuses + Full Benefits + 401k
Requirements: Must have experience in either one or all three types of funding: Donations, Grants/Foundations, Government

What You Will Be Doing

We are looking for an expert in Outsource Accounting that can run and grow this important business line. 1 year to acclimate, then you'll be running things, managing a team and growing this vital space.

-Working with different Non-Profit clients who work with various different types of funding.
-Required to assume full-scope oversight and responsibility of client engagements and deliverables.
-Coordinate with client management.
-Will oversee staff assignments and scheduling.
-Will monitor work, including coaching and supervision of staff, review of financial reports and other deliverables.
-Deliver reports to the Principle and Partners.
-Be responsible for direct contributions to firm growth and well-being.
-Will provide quality, timely service to clients.
-Will develop a sufficient rapport with client management, and a sufficient knowledge of client business, so as to be able to identify and place new services with the client.
-Will teach staff to recognize new opportunities.
-Develop specialized technical skills, either industry or issue specific, so as to broaden the firms available basket of services.
-Will market the firm and services through business networking either by attending business events or through participation in a business association.
-Responsible for monitoring engagement time and expense, and oversight of progress and final billings.
-Will establish and achieve desired levels of overall engagement realization and utilization rates that are determined by the individual and the Principle and Partners at the beginning of the calendar year.
-Will focus on providing exceptional client services.
-Will maintain excellent communication with the tax and audit departments to ensure exceptional client service.

What You Need for this Position

-Superior client service focus.
-At least 5 years of recent and relevant accounting experience.
-Exceptional project management, analytical, research, and written and verbal communication skills, coupled with the utmost attention to detail.
-Ability to lead and develop staff.
-Dedication to development and enhancement of team environment.
-Ability to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
-Ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously and effectively and efficiently prioritize and meet deadlines.
-Remote work: Must be able to complete assignments and be "on the ball" and accessible during work hours in a remote capacity.
-Proficiency in QuickBooks or other software (Flexible on which kind)
