Job description

Northwood Country Club in Meridian, MS is looking for servers to join our team. We are located on 4300 Country Club Drive. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and reliable.

Responsibilities

As a server and Employee your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

-Providing the highest quality, premier Food and Beverage service to each member/guest of our club

-Always Maintaining and following sequence of service standards

-Always with a professional demeanor and going beyond service expectations to elevate the experience of each member/guest

-Having a love for hospitality and passion for providing the highest levels of service with a smile

-Following all club policies and procedures while preserving a safe and pleasant work environment for all members, guests, and fellow Employees. This position reports directly to the F&B Director, F&B Supervisor, Exec Chef, General Manager. 

 

Qualifications

• High school diploma, preferred.

• Previous service experience, preferred.

• Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications as required by the State and City. 

• Excellent communication skills and articulate speech.

• Ability to communicate and follow instructions.

• You are comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor environments.
