Summary:
Supply recommendations and Archer Developer for the continued development of the Cyber Security RSA Archer platform. Integrate and maintain multiple data feeds of external data into the RSA Archer platform. Provide administration for the Archer implementation. Serve as the SME for the configuration of Archer during upgrades, patching and across testing and production environments. Team with data analysts, security SMEs to develop dashboards and produce key information for executive and leadership reporting and decision making. Work with teams to produce actuate key security metrics for IT assessments. Maintain in-depth knowledge of relevant policies, security standards, processes and controls. Research, design, develop, and test operating systems-level software, compilers, and network distribution software for medical, industrial, military, communications, aerospace, business, scientific, and general computing applications. Set operational specifications and formulate and analyze software requirements. May design embedded systems software. Apply principles and techniques of computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis. Provides technical/management leadership on major tasks or technology assignments. Establishes goals and plans that meet project objectives. Has domain and expert technical knowledge. Directs and controls activities for a client, having overall responsibility for financial management, methods, and staffing to ensure that technical requirements are met. Interactions involve client negotiations and interfacing with senior management. Decision-making and domain knowledge may have a critical impact on overall project implementation. May supervise others.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Strong understanding of Archer 6x
- Provide development and administrative support for RSA Archer Operational Risk implementation
- Architect efficient and effective workflow and reporting solutions for capturing, validating, and approving risk activities
- Configure RSA Archer modules to support Risk & Control Self-Assessment Program, Event and Issue Management, Risk Acceptance Requests, Key Risk and Performance Indicator reporting.
- Drive a consistent approach to identify, assess, manage, and report operational risk events, assessment issues and key risk indicators moving from a qualitative to a quantitative risk management model.
- Experience in developing On-Demand Applications (ODAs) to fulfill business needs.
- Ability to pick up existing ODAs and understand their purpose and flow.
- Should have experience with Platform knowledge / Experience.
- Remain current with industry operational risk trends and regulatory areas of focus.
- Contribute to and participate on various operational risk governance forums.
- Strong logical abilities and problem-solving skills
- Strong writing, communication, time-management skills
- Understanding of Corporate and Investment Banking as well as Capital Markets a plus
- Familiar with standard SDLC and Agile processes You will need to be effective in working autonomously and in teams on high level systems analysis and technical phases of development. The position interacts with senior management, other technology personnel, clients and vendors.
- Worked on multiple projects involving complex systems analysis, design and complete application development.
- Experience with Agile Methodology
- Must be familiar with industry direction.

QUALIFICATIONS
Required Skills:
- 4-5 years of experience in the development, maintenance, testing, and support of RSA Archer platform
- Thorough knowledge of Archer 6.x core: Policy Management, Issue Management, Business Hierarchy, and Risk Management Solutions
- Thorough knowledge of Archer 6.x modules: Assessment & Authorization, Continuous Monitoring, Policy Management, Risk Management, Compliance Management, Issue Management, Vendor Management, Threat Management, Business Continuity, Audit Management, GRC Platform
- Extensive experience with customization and configuration of RSA Archer
- Extensive experience in configuring Access Controls, Record Permission, Events, and Notifications in Archer
- 2-3 years of experience with development, implementation, and configuration of Advanced Workflows, Dashboards, Data Feeds, iView's, Reports, and Use Cases
- Extensive experience with integrating Archer with other platforms or systems
- Hands-on experience with building REST and JSON API's that work with Archer.
- Hands-on experience with data feed manager and data publications services
- Hands-on experience with Java, SQL and scripting languages such as: Python, Shell, Pearl, Bash
- Effective written and verbal communication skills with good analytical skills
- Worked on multiple projects involving complex systems analysis, design, and complete application development.
- Experience with Agile methodology
Certifications (preferred):
- Preferred candidates should hold one or more of the following certifications in good, current standing: Archer Certified Administrator, CISA, GCIH, GCED, CISSP, CASP, CRISC, or Security+
Clearance:
- Minimum Background Investigation (MBI) will be conducted
Work Location:
- Remote (Initial onboarding in Arlington, VA). Minimal travel to the Washington, D.C. Metro Area may be required if requested by the client.
