Responsibilities

• Coaching/Training: Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch, and participate in weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, script practice, and weekly training to support your growth.
• Consultation: Work with a sales agent to guide their clients to homes and provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
• Negotiation: Leverage tried and true techniques and scripts to write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
• Lead Generation: Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week, using PLACE lead generation systems.
• Accountability: Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
• Technology: Benefit from our cutting-edge PLACE Technology to streamline client support and ensure you're consistently meeting your goals while delivering outstanding service to our amazing clients.

Qualifications

You are energized by working with people and pride yourself in your ability to develop and maintain professional relationships. You have a compelling desire to support others while being committed to your growth in real estate and leadership skills.

• Valid Real Estate license
• Valid Drivers License
• Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in their car
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to analyze clients’ needs and wants and match them to homes
• Learning based, growth-minded
• Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues
