RCC has partnered with local universities to offer our popular “Earn and Learn” and internship training programs where students gain valuable hands on experience in actual business applications prior to graduating. In addition to advanced training, students will be immersed with full-time and other part-time staff, allowing for excellent networking opportunities.

New candidates manage outbound/inbound phone calls to small dollar commercial accounts. We are the initial 3rd party contact to our client's customers, communicating with these customers in a clear and professional manner to find solutions on accounts in arrears, to identify potential credits or disputes, resolve discrepancies, etc, until accounts are resolved.

Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Basic computer and typing skills
• High school diploma
• Must successfully pass a background check
