Job description

We are a well-established law firm that specializes in various areas of law such as Real Estate, Land Use/Zoning, Litigation, Trust/Estates, Litigation, etc. Due to growth and demand, we are looking to add an experienced Real Estate/Transactional Attorney to our expanding team. 

Who You Are:

• Juris Doctor Degree & Licensed to Practice in NY
• Experience in Commercial Real Estate and Corporate Transactions 
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

What You'll Be Doing? 

As a Real Estate/Transactional Attorney, you'll be responsible for commercial real estate and corporate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, financing, entity formation, corporate documents and agreements, business counseling, and general commercial agreements.
