BECOMING OUR DUAL HOTEL ASSISTANT MANAGER
As a Dual Hotel Assistant Manager, you'll be on a full-time schedule, including evenings and weekends, to ensure operational success and exceptional guest experiences.
Imagine a day where your leadership shines as you hire, train, and supervise our front office, bistro, and events staff at both Staybridge Suites and EVEN Hotel - Rochester. Your organizational prowess ensures accurate work schedules, while your positive influence creates a harmonious work environment. Managing financial responsibilities, you handle deposits, obtain change, and conduct inventory to maintain stock levels. By motivating our team, you contribute to driving revenue and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. All that we need from you is the following:
A valid driver's license with a good driving record for airport driving and valet is a plus. Being bilingual is preferred!
