Job Scope:
The Talent Development and Acquisition Partner is the go-to person for supercharging talent strategies. They team up with internal partners and HR to craft and roll out solutions that amp up success. From hiring to nurturing talent, they wield diverse practices to boost recruitment, onboarding, and development, keeping outstanding employees engaged and aligned with Liberty Hardware's goals. This person plays a pivotal role in shaping the employee journey, and ensuring top-tier performance at every step.
Responsibilities: - Collaborates with functional leaders and the HR Business Partner (HRBP) on recruitment needs, talent reviews, leadership planning, talent development processes, and performance management.
- Manage full life cycle of recruiting process for all exempt roles from posting to extending offers, and partnering with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Build strategic talent pipelines, effective recruitment marketing campaigns, and positive relationships with partners.
- Consistently assesses the utilization of comprehensive talent management insights to find opportunities, advise decisions, evaluate effectiveness, and track progress towards intended results.
- Determine appropriate recruiting sources based upon recruiting need (skills needed, urgency of need, experience with sources, etc.).
- Support "promote from within" policy through internal referral promotion.
- Partner closely with agency recruiting partners to fill open roles when needed.
- Assists leaders in navigating the organization's performance management cycle, mentors them in providing effective feedback and impactful employee review discussions.
- Partner with MASCO to implement and lead talent management programs.
- Ensure the successful integration of Diversity & Inclusion strategies into talent programs and processes.
- Provide direction to hiring managers for interviewing candidates.
Education and Experience: - Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field required.
- Two years of experience in a Center of Excellence (COE) role, specializing in areas such as Talent Management, Organizational Development, Talent Acquisition, is preferred.
- Two years of experience collaborating with diverse partners and resources to recruit talent, develop and deploy talent management programs across an enterprise is highly desired.

Hiring Range: $83,900.00 - $131,890.00
Actual compensation may vary based on various factors including experience, education, geographic location, and/or skills.
