**Position:** Partnership Manager for Restaurant Technology SaaS Company
**Location:** Remote (Anywhere in the United States)
**The Role:
We are looking for a proactive and solution-oriented Partnership Manager with expertise in building and expanding strategic collaborations with technology and agency partners. As a key member of our team, you will manage our partnership program from end to end, focusing on marketing and partner enablement. **Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the Senior Partnership Manager on partnership initiatives
- Identify and qualify new partnership opportunities
- Engage with existing partners and generate new leads
- Work cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing teams
- Train and educate partners on our platform
- Develop compelling joint value propositions
- Create co-marketing opportunities to drive thought leadership
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with partners
**Qualifications:
- Experience in business development, technical consulting, or sales in a Digital Agency, Technology Consulting, or SaaS environment
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for building and growing
- Track record of prospecting, recruiting, presenting, qualifying, and managing clients or partners for a SaaS company
- Familiarity with current web technology developments and trends
- Problem-solving attitude and resilience in the face of failure
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment
- Comfort with remote work
**Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems and other restaurant-specific technology
- Familiarity with industry partners, especially in the Restaurant and Hospitality space
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage partner relationships
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Start-up experience
