Job description
CTG is assisting a client in Coppell, TX in staffing a Print Customer Service Representative.
Location : Coppell, TX- Position is onsite - not remote.
Job Type : Hourly Consultant
Hours: 10 am to 7 pm, M-F
Pay : $20.01/hr
This position requires at least 5 years of experience in the print industry and experience with print estimation
Training will be M-F 8am - 5pm for several weeks - work shift will be 10a-7pm No exceptions will be granted. This role will be supporting a division on the west coast and role must support Pacific time zone from Texas / CST zone
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
· Primary resource for advice for all document production needs of the Client including inquiry and escalation - includes digital print solutions as well as litho/web printing
· Manage Customer relationships for specific customer base, working with and advising document owners to meet document production needs in a cost effective manner
· Promote the print services of the Xerox Enterprise Solution
· Identify and develop digital document opportunities
Print Job Management:
· Price, co-ordinate and manage print projects as required
· Interface with preferred suppliers, internal / external as required
· Manage the various process requirements such as: Document production quote process --- Proof exchange ---- Delivery date follow up -- Ensure appropriate documentation is available for audit purposes
System Administration:
Provide system administration support for the forms management solution implemented for the client

· Ability to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills
· Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively (both written & in person) to articulate document strategy
· Demonstrate ability to network with colleagues to share and deliver benchmark solutions Demonstrate ability to deliver to deadlines
· Demonstrate ability to function effectively at all levels of the business
· Ability to demonstrate knowledge of PCs and recent releases of Microsoft Office
· Ability to demonstrate problems solving skills / analytical skills, and interviewing skills to obtain customer requirements- Demonstrate ability to manage multiple tasks in fast paced environment Ability to demonstrate creativity & strong negotiation skills
· Ability to demonstrate organizational skills Experience in working autonomously.
EXPERIENCE:
· Preferred (5) years of print industry experience Customer Service/or project management
· Preferred three (3) years in a customer relationship role
· Experience in print sales or price estimation and/or familiar with document production techniques Direct Mail Experience helpful
· Experience with print shop job scheduling
· Print procurement experience
EDUCATION:
Minimum: High School Diploma or Equivalent- Preferred: Associates Degree
