Role: Assembler II
Location: Irving, TX
Duration: 6 Months (Possibility of Extension)
Shift Timings: 6 am to 2:30 pm
Job Description:
- Perform mechanical or printed board assembly or disassembly.
- Collect data on daily status/yields; perform rework of printed circuit boards.
- Set up and shut down equipment, this may include minor operator calibrations.
- Maintain a clean work area.
- Ability to speak and read English.
- Perform simple procedures on PC such as retrieving files, enter data, saving files.
- Understand GMP and FDA regulations as they pertain to assembly.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
Synopsis :
- Work in Accessory Catalog Pack (ACP) packaging field spares per approved production work instructions (PWI's).
- Build subassemblies per PWI's.
- Proficient in the use of computers in accessing databases and completing build/pack records.
- Perform tasks in accordance with applicable safety guidelines and appropriate processing standards.
- Complete tasks in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Work in a dynamic/high performing environment.
- Top skills/requirements :
- Previous experience in manufacturing/assembly experience, preferably in a medical device company.
- Proficient in computer use.
- Familiar with CGMP guidelines skill set that will complimented the role :
