Hi, we are Southmoor Pediatric Dental and Orthodontics. We have 2 offices close to each other. One in Denver, and the other in Centenneal.
Who We're Looking For
We are looking to hire an exceptional Practice Manager to join our team! We are seeking a self-motivated, multi-tasking, dependable team leader, with great interpersonal skills; one who communicates well and is goal oriented.
Responsibilities
In this integral role on the team, you will:
Lead and support practice team with doctor to achieve optimal operations, patient and team member satisfaction, and growth and profitability of their practice locations
Drive growth and expansion through strategic planning, sales management, and implementation of growth initiatives
Create lasting relationships with the team, patients, referrals sources and local community
Responsible for hitting key metrics and performance goals
Interview candidates for open position, onboard and oversee training of new hires.
Oversee regional employees regarding schedule, compliance, performance, etc.
Position Details:
Monday - Thursday 7:30AM - 4:30PM, Friday 7:30AM - 2:00PM
Full-Time
Full Benefits Package Offered
Travel required between office locations in Denver and Centennial
Annual Salary: $53,000 - $65,000 (based on experience) plus bonuses
