and Crew Leader positions. The management team is responsible for increasing sales and profits through sound financial and operational management and leadership practices.

Requirements:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greets and engages each Guest with the ability to suggestive sell multiple food and beverage product.
• Demonstrates Attentive, Cheerful and Timely standards for service.
• Provides product samples to all potential Guests
• Consistently delivers high-quality products.
• Maintains and delivers high-quality products using the approved production systems.
• Demonstrates knowledge of products and service.
• Uses WOW Service to enhance the Guest’s experience.
• Works with other team members to pro-actively react to the Guest’s needs.
• Models and promotes the company culture.
• Maintains facility cleanliness during the shift.
• Follows the approved cleaning schedule.
• Demonstrates a “clean-as-you-go” mentality
• Achieve certification on all crewmember position qualifications.
• Consistently uphold all product to standards.
• Follows procedures outlined in the Training Guide Manual.
• Follows cash control and security policies outlined in the Company Manual.
• Demonstrate proficiency in register discounts and promotions.
• Maintains safe and healthy workplace conditions for Guests and other crew members.
• Immediately reports accidents and other incidents to bakery management immediately.

ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Must have the ability to:

• Ability to communicate with Guests and co-workers.

• Ability to Perform basic addition and subtraction and make provide correct change to Guests.

• Ability to Process information through the POS register system.

• Ability to operate and care for equipment.

• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.

13th Floor/Pilot, LLC (“13P”) is large franchisee of Cinnabon
Bakeries, Auntie Anne’s Pretzels, and Jamba (formerly Jamba Juice) in California and Canada. We currently operate 61 locations.
