This opportunity is in a rehabilitation center that focuses on assisting patients in regaining their independence and returning home. With a 70-bed community featuring a spacious rehabilitation gym and a large outdoor therapy courtyard offering the latest equipment and technology to provide the most advanced rehabilitation and restorative care possible.

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional patient care and will be committed to helping patients regain their independence through individualized therapy programs.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, evaluate, and implement physical therapy programs for patients.
• Conduct assessments to determine patients' physical and functional abilities.
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs and goals.
• Provide hands-on therapy, exercises, and modalities to improve mobility, strength, and function.
• Educate patients and their families on therapy exercises and techniques.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.

Requirements:

• Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• CPR certification.
• Previous experience in a rehabilitation setting is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
