Trinity Missions, located in Silver Spring, MD, is seeking a Database Coordinator to ensure timely and accurate gift and acknowledgement processing as well as collaborate with the entire Trinity Missions fundraising team. The Database Coordinator pulls weekly reports for a variety of initiatives and manages production of acknowledgement letters, monthly solicitations, and other internal mailings. This position is also responsible for quality assurance of data entry by both internal employees and external caging vendors. Ensuring data is clean and accurate is a critical responsibility for this position. The Database Coordinator is responsible for tracking and restocking vendor and internal inventory. An integral part of this role will be developing a new system to streamline this process. The Database Coordinator reports to the Database Manager and will have a fundamental understanding of fundraising processes and practices, database management and upkeep, as well as some reporting. General assistance with 'ad hoc' reports is also occasionally required. This position will also serve as backup to both the Database Manager and Data Entry & Planned Giving Coordinator and will therefore be adept at reviewing, updating, and posting gift batches, managing mail merges, and assisting with various mail processing. The successful candidate will be a skilled communicator, have exemplary attention to detail, an innate curiosity and desire to learn, and will display a positive attitude and disposition. An ability to analyze and report on data trends, as well as demonstrable skill with database programs is highly preferred. Creativity and flexibility are also highly valued. The role is a full-time position with a 40 hour per week expectation and some ability for remote work within the Trinity Missions guidelines. While the Database Coordinator is mostly required to work weekdays, occasional events may involve working additional time on evenings and weekends. The Database Coordinator is a salaried position with health benefits and a 403b contribution included. Salary is $45,000 to $50,000 annually.
