If this aligns with your beliefs and drive we d love to talk!Position Overview:The role of the business development manager is to use integrated methodologies including lead generation lead nurturing deal management and client brand advocate and prospect relationship management to ensure that our company is generating revenue as efficiently effectively and consistently as possible. We are looking for someone who is smart strategic loves what they do wants to grow and will embrace our mission vision and values.
DUTIESRESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead Generation
- Inbound lead management
- Referral lead generation
- Rekindle old client and prospect relationship
- Social media lead generation
- Virtual/inperson networking group participation
- Identify and qualify leads
Nurture Leads/Prospects
- Make regular and ongoing communication with leads
- Establish rapport
- Identify specific challenges that our company provides solutions for
- Educates and inspires leads and prospects
- Ensures that engagement with leads/prospects creates value
Deals
- Prepare background documentation for consultants to facilitate closing deals
- Participate in consultations as necessary
- Assist in proposal development
- Nurture proposal through closing
Maintain relationships
- Checks in with clients periodically throughout each engagement
- Maintains awareness of active projects and progress
- Alerts leaders of any concerns clients are facing
- Distributes and collects client surveys
- Maintains relationships after projects end
General
- Participate in development and evolution of the company s lead generation/client experience strategy
- Embodies corporate culture and acts as a brand ambassador
Requirements
Required Skills:
- Must be comfortable with working remotely
- Must work within our CRM system and use our tools and procedures
- Understands the art of building authentic rapport
- Must understand consultative/educational sales
- Entrepreneurial and selfstarting
- Willing and able to work with and represent and engage with a multilingual and a multicultural team
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor s degree business or businessrelated field
- Successful consultative sales 3 years required
- Successful experience selling for professional services required
- Additional applicable certifications good but not required
Compensation:
- This role is base plus commissions. Bonuses available for successful candidates
- Approved jobrelated expenses paid
- Will lead to a Full Time position for the successful candidate
