Pay Rate $26.50
Shift Differential -$2.00

Responsibilities
This position is for Pactiv Evergreen Inc.
Summary:
Identify and transport polystyrene material to and from storage and production areas. Additionally, required to perform coordinator duties as Team leader, Loss prevention, Quality, or Administration when needed.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
The essential functions of this position include, but not limited to:
Maintains a safe, clean work area and follows all established safety rules and Standard Operating Procedures.
Set up shift – Walk through forming buildings and report any issues from previous shift.
Split up lines for drivers evenly based on workload.
Attend Tier 0 meeting in Extrusion lab.
Day shift- Complete pull sheets on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Assists with inventory on Tuesdays.
Ride pad and verify any damaged rolls and cut down before roll is brought into forming.
Ensure that drivers are pulling from the pull sheets, help dig out if needed.
Ride all pads and clear any jammed rows. If driver is responsible for row jam, instruct to clear and coach on proper way to push down row.
Audit and verify Tugger Standard Work Practices are filled out and in compliance.
Change out any broken racks and take broken racks to welding shop for repair.
Audit thermoforming for rack compliance and proper sheet types on formers.
Audit pad for any sheet damage during your shift and coach drivers to cut down and take to reclaim room.
Safely cut back damaged rolls on pad to have damage free rolls delivered to Thermoforming.
Respond to any sheet aging issues using the sheet aging procedure guidelines.
Assist tugger drivers as needed.
Train tugger drivers as needed.
Count reclaims, cores, and empty racks. Communicate via text or verbally to Extrusion Team Leader.
Audit buildings and roll pad to make sure current shift has set up next shift properly.
Turned in completed NTL standard work and verify that Tugger drivers turn in their Tugger Team Standard work practices.
Qualifications
Requirements:
Physical Requirements/ Environmental/ Working Conditions:
Must be able to occasionally stoop, kneel, or crouch.
Constantly required to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Frequently required to push or pull items using force up to 95 pounds.
Able to work in differing temperatures.
Must be able to work 12 hour rotating shifts and overtime as required.
