About the Role The Senior Manager of Rewards & Incentives Strategy will lead business strategy for GoodRx's two consumer incentive programs, Consumer Discounts and Rewards. This role will work with cross-functional teams including Finance, Pricing, Product & Design to shape the evolution of these programs, from how they are managed & optimized internally to how they are presented to our users. A strong analytical foundation is essential to this role, as this leader will be expected to drive hands-on, data-led efforts to measure & improve the impact of these programs. This role is best suited for an enthusiastic problem-solver who is energized by bringing structure to complex and ambiguous business challenges, who can communicate effectively with senior stakeholders, and who enjoys operating cross-functionally to get things done: success in this position will mean re-shaping how GoodRx uses incentives to grow our business and ultimately deliver more savings for our users.
Responsibilities: - Map existing & ideal user journeys for our incentive programs & spend
- Deepen our understanding of the drivers & performance of our incentive programs by querying, analyzing, and presenting data to guide tactical and strategic decision-making
- Understand user behaviors across programs & platforms
- Where and how do we maximize incremental impact?
- Mapping economics across programs & user activities
- Partner with the pricing team to analyze and optimize new and existing offers
- Shape budget & investment decisions for our incentives programs across business lines
- Partner with product & design leadership to define ongoing feature roadmap across incentive programs
- Guide our consumer research & insights agenda to prioritize projects that clarify program evolution
- Build the growth case for unlocking further scale with these programs
Skills & Qualifications: - 8+ years experience in a strategy & analytics role
- Ability to ideate, organize, plan, prioritize, and execute analytical work
- Ability to translate analytical insights into action via strong partnership and communication skills with other key stakeholders
- Comfort with senior-level interaction & communication
- Advanced SQL skills, including ability to write maintainable, product-quality code
- Proficiency with Excel & PowerPoint / Google Slides
- Dashboarding & data visualization skills
- Experience in any of the following is a plus:
- Management consulting
- Analytics at a technology or healthcare company
- Experience with loyalty or discount programs
- Experience with these tools is a plus, but not required:
- Looker
- Dbt
- Redshift
- Databricks

The pay ranges below are shown as a guideline, and the successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, and other relevant business and organizational factors. $139,000.00 - $222,000.00

$126,000.00 - $202,000.00
