How you'll make an impact Primarily focused on ensuring compliance of field offices with assigned client base service instructions and related service agreements. Tasked with creating customized client audits, monitoring performance metrics, providing technical training, and assisting branches in meeting client expectations, along with development of processes and procedures to ensure compliance with client, broker, and carrier expectations. Responsibilities include; trend analysis, delivering training, and conducting both internal and external audits. Additional duties may include preparation of monthly oversight reports, review of processes of branch handling to improve claim outcomes, client liaising in support of Account Management, coding, reserving, and specialized projects.
