Job description
Under the direction of the Service Coordinator, work as a member within the department, performing administrative functions in accordance with established procedures.
- Answering phones from techs and customers - Great people skills
- Review vendor A/P invoices for proper vendor ID, GL coding, approvals, enter into payables module, scan invoices and email to corporate office to pay
- Resolve A/P issues.
- Review vendor statements when received and resolve issues with past due invoices prior to submitting to corporate payables for full reconciliation. Respond to and correct invoices/statement reconciliation errors and omissions provided by corporate AP
- Working directly with Excel, Word, Great Plains software, and Service Trade
- Other responsibilities as required to support the business.
- Additional duties will be assigned once familiar with our systems and processes
- Back up for department team when out.
- Assist with maintaining inventory.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Past accounting experience preferred
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Self Starter
- Works well with direction and is flexible to learn new things
- Responsible, punctual, and team player
- Good computer skills.
- Able to work as a team member with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage time and resources to ensure work is completed efficiently and within established timeframes
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must have the ability to multi-task, changing priorities and work in a deadline-driven environment.
