Job description

Belay Technologies seeks a System Engineer for our Intel team. In this role, you will be collaborating with external customers to identify and document new requirements, facilitate decomposition and allocation of software tasking required to implement new tasks, and coordination with software and test teams to ensure proper implementation. This position involves expertise in requirements analysis, architecture, design, development oversight, data flow, process improvement, and testing for the program. This position will be providing support to a system that populates a directory with data from authoritative sources and exposes the data to users and external systems via a variety of integration options. This position will also aid in development and review of user documentation. 

Candidates must have the following:  

• TS/SCI Clearance with polygraph

 

Desired Skills: 

Experience with and/or understanding of:

• LDAP protocol, directories, and replication (RedHat DS)
• Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) encryption and authentication
• Attribute Based Access Control (ABAC) concepts
• Databases/SQL
• Digital Policy Management (DPM) and XACML.
• Requirements analysis and decomposition
• Ticketing systems (JIRA, Redmine, or similar)
• SIGINT or IA domains
• Decomposing complex, interconnected software processes to identify and document dependencies.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills – able to clearly communicate architecture and design concepts.
• Ability to write/review technical documentation including user guides, wiki sites.
