Job description
Works closely with implementation and product teams to effectively and efficiently board Customers by ensuring proper configuration quality, monitoring, and early performance validations
Develops and implements standards, processes, tools and methodologies; partners with other functions to establish requirements for onboarding Customers on the batch system application
Provide level 3 support for Linux applications by identifying root cause and effective remedies
Identifies and implements complex automation efforts; replicates and resolves production issues for duel message clearing application
Translates complex set up and system specs into databases to ensure proper Onboarding parameters are configured and translated
Use SQL statements and utilize batch system GUI in efforts to better support Customers Onboarding projects
Establishes a network within the organization; begins to build internal and external networks
Document processes when applicable and provide process improvement designs as needed
ll About You
Hold a bachelor s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
Cards and payments domain and batch system clearing products experience
Intermediate level of knowledge and hands-on experience with implementation activities
Proven results in Customer and product Onboarding
Be a team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills
