Job description

The Law Office of Ligori & Ligori is looking for the next super litigator who is able to handle bodily injury cases from pre-suit, through litigation, trial, and distribution.

We are looking to add attorneys who have good habits, able to perform in-depth case analysis, and possess the legal skills needed to handle cases independently.

Qualifications:

• The candidate must have a minimum of 4 years of experience handling bodily injury, and uninsured motorist claims in Florida that is aggressive, detailed, dedicated, and hard-working.
• Candidate must have trial experience and have a good grasp of the Florida Evidence Code and the Florida Rules of Civil Procedure.
• The candidate must have extensive litigation experience on the plaintiff side with cases during the pre-suit and litigation stages in Florida Circuit courts.
• The candidate must have experience with depositions, and hearings, developing and presenting PowerPoint presentations at mediations, and participate in trials and arbitrations.
• Juris Doctorate and Florida Bar Admission in good standing.

Salary & Benefits:

• The base pay range is $125,000 per year The commission is depending on the candidate's performance, work ethic, and commission. The commission structure will be discussed during the interview. The candidate has the potential to make over $300,000 but will take hard work, dedication, and perseverance.
• $100,000.00 life insurance policy paid by the Firm.
• 1-week vacation after six months of employment
• 2 weeks vacation after one year of employment, and three 3 weeks of vacation after two years of employment with the law firm.
• 6 federal holidays off per year.
• 6 personal/sick days per year.
• Health insurance (4 different options to choose from including a Health Saving Account - HAS option) basic packet health insurance paid in full by the firm.
• Dental, Vision paid in full by the firm.
• Discounted JCC membership.
• Benefits are available on the first of the month following 30 days of employment.
