Your Responsibilities:

Conduct weekly sessions ranging from 25 to 55 minutes with students.
Availability primarily in the afternoons and evenings.
Utilize our game-centered assessment to gauge students' starting points.
Develop tailored lesson plans using provided templates.
Maintain weekly communication with parents via email to track progress.
Participate in team meetings to collaborate and share insights.
Position Details:

This is a W-2 position with compensation starting at $22.50 per hour.
We provide compensation for training as you learn our Multisensory Math approach.
Remote work-from-home opportunity available exclusively in Arizona, Florida, Idaho, Missouri, Texas, Utah, Washington, and Wyoming.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Degree in Elementary Education, Secondary Education, or a Math-Related Field such as Engineering.
Strong communication skills with parents.
Patience and adaptability to meet students' varying needs.
Ability to deliver engaging and clutter-free lessons with enthusiasm.
Minimum of 3+ years of teaching experience.
Availability to work a minimum of 14 hours with students per week, primarily Monday to Thursday between 2 PM - 9 PM Central Time, plus an additional 7 hours for lesson planning/admin tasks (all paid).
Employment Type: Part-Time
Salary: $ 22.00 Per Hour
