SUMMARY DESCRIPTION AND SKILLS:
The Customer Experience Representative is responsible for providing product order support to dental industry dealer representatives, dental practitioners, DentalEZ Sales colleagues, internal associates, and international customers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handles all calls relating to customer purchases and repair orders by providing accurate product information, such as part numbers, prices, discounts, promotions, and warranty information.
- Works with all divisions of DentalEZ to obtain information required by customers as well as guidance for navigating dentalez.com.
- Reviews and processes customer orders through Oracle, ensuring that purchase orders have the necessary information included, so that order entry is timely and accurate.
- Provides basic technical assistance to troubleshoot DentalEZ products.
- Documents customer calls in ZOHO, closing tickets timely, and manages all open tickets for resolution.
- Serves as a liaison between Manufacturing, Sales and the Customer to ensure that customer requirements are communicated accurately and on a timely basis.
- Represents Customer Service in production meetings and other adhoc meetings that come up.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS :
- High School Diploma (business courses preferred), some college preferred.
- 3 years' experience in Customer Service in a manufacturing environment - dental, medical or biomedical equipment preferred but not required.
- Excellent data entry skills (speed and accuracy), including 10-key data entry.
- Ability to communicate clearly, persuasively, and positively in person, via phone and other electronic means.
- Mechanical aptitude for learning technical product specifications and communicating them effectively to technical and non-technical customers.
- Proficiency in using a computer, including Windows-based applications.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Applications.
- Experience with Oracle, SAP, or similar inventory control system preferred.
ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Able to sit, stand and perform repetitive activities for sustained periods of time.
- Use hands to type on standard PC keyboard frequently.
