Compensation:
$109,000+ OTE
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in their property search, selection, and purchase process in the Stamford and Norwalk areas, offering expert guidance and support throughout.
- Utilize CRM software to manage client interactions, property details, and transaction progress, ensuring all information is current and easily accessible.
- Stay abreast of the latest market trends and property listings in Stamford and Norwalk to provide informed advice to clients.
- Organize property viewings, host open houses, and engage with potential buyers.
- Prepare essential documents such as contracts, purchase agreements, and closing statements to facilitate successful transactions.
- Reach out to pre-qualified leads to assess interest and understand their preferences.
- Manage client communications and transactions from initial contact to closing, ensuring a seamless process.
- Negotiate offers and advocate for clients to achieve favorable outcomes.
- Occasionally appear on our digital platforms, showcasing properties, sharing market insights, and engaging with the audience to drive leads.
Qualifications:
- A valid Connecticut Real Estate License.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Previous experience on a real estate team preferred.
- Knowledge of the Stamford and Norwalk CT real estate markets.
- Comfortable with occasional on-camera appearances.
