Digital Marketing Manager

• The candidate would live and work in either Des Moines (home office) or Roseville, MN (there is a park there).

• This is NOT a relocation role.

• Smash Park does tend to prefer candidates with hospitality, and entertainment backgrounds.

• Not a bonus-eligible role.

• This role currently reports to the Marketing Director, and will report to a VP of Marketing eventually. It does not manage a team. The role is part of a 6-person+ marketing team.

What You'll Do In This Role:

• Create and execute all digital marketing campaigns including social, email, mobile and web
• Collaborate in a team environment on marketing campaigns and initiatives
• Assist in managing annual marketing calendar
• Graphic design- including print, email and social media
• Copywriting- including print, email and social media
• Understanding of basic photography

The Experience You'll Bring:

• A d egree in marketing, advertising, graphic design or related field
• 5+ years' experience in marketing or related field
• E xperience with Adobe Creative Suite
• Proven experience with all social media platforms
• Solid copywriting and communication skills
• Solid graphic design skills
