Job description
We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Booking Agent. As a Booking Agent, you will be responsible for securing and coordinating accommodations for our clients, ensuring their stay meets and exceeds expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Accommodation Booking: Utilize your expertise to identify, negotiate, and secure lodging options for clients based on their preferences, budget, and travel requirements.
Client Communication: Maintain effective communication with clients to understand their needs, provide personalized recommendations, and address any concerns related to accommodations.
Supplier Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with hotels, resorts, and other lodging providers to secure favorable rates, perks, and exclusive discounts for our clients.
Travel Planning: Collaborate with clients to create comprehensive travel itineraries, considering factors such as location, amenities, and budget constraints.
Problem Resolution: Act as a point of contact for any lodging-related issues during a client's stay, providing timely and effective solutions to ensure a positive experience.
Sales and Commission-Based Compensation: This role operates on a commission-based pay structure, allowing you to earn income based on successful bookings. There is no fixed salary.
