Job Descriptions:
We are seeking a qualified surgical technologist to join our team and assist with surgical procedures.
The candidate should have CVOR experience.
As a surgical technologist, your responsibilities will include:
Preparing Sterile Operating Rooms: You'll ensure that operating rooms are meticulously cleaned and set up for surgeries.
Sterilizing Equipment and Instruments: Properly sterilize surgical instruments and equipment to maintain a sterile environment.
Stocking Adequate Supplies: Keep surgical supplies well-stocked and organized for efficient procedures.
Preparing Patients for Surgery: Assist in preparing patients by washing and disinfecting incision sites.
Providing Support During Surgery: Pass instruments and other supplies to the surgical team during procedures.
Tracking Surgical Supplies: Maintain accurate records of supplies used during surgeries.
Staying Up-to-Date: Continuously learn about surgical technology, medical terminology, and procedures.
Collaborating with the Surgical Team: Work effectively with surgeons, surgical assistants, nurses, and other team members.
Delivering Excellent Patient Care: Ensure a positive patient experience throughout the surgical process.
Requirements:
Graduation from an accredited surgical technologist program and surgical technologist certification.
Experience with surgical instrumentation.
Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.
Strong understanding of surgical technology and procedures.
Knowledge of medical terminology.
Passionate about providing exceptional patient care.
