Job Title: Commercial Superintendent
Location: State College, PA (with travel throughout Central PA for job sites)
Salary: $85k- $115k + allowances, company bonus incentives
Requirements: 3+ years as a Commercial Construction Superintendent

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in commercial construction with a strong track record of safety, a history of timely projects, and should have strong relationships with subcontractors throughout PA and surrounding states. What You Will Be Doing
- Enforce project safety and compliance
- Schedule labor and materials
- Manage field staff and subcontractors
- Submit daily reports and communicate with project executives on project status
- Complete closeouts and project turnovers
- Participate in RFIs and submittals
- Issue change orders as needed
What You Need for this Position
- 3+ years experience in Commercial Construction as a Superintendent required
- A strong background in wall-forming systems, concrete foundations, building codes, stormwater management, and more
- Experience with higher education, municipal, religious, healthcare, and multifamily construction
- MEP experience
- CPR and OSHA 30
- Experience with Procore and Bluebeam
